Building the Giant of Africa.
Goldyn is a diversified Nigerian group delivering high-quality services across four major sectors: Real Estate, Construction, Mining and Energy, while fostering trade, sustainable practices and community empowerment.

What We Do
Four major sectors. One mission.
We operate where Nigeria's greatest challenges and greatest opportunities meet: housing, construction, solid minerals and power.
Real Estate
Acquiring, developing and managing quality homes and landed property, starting with our flagship residence, The Bugatti.
Step Inside →Construction
Civil and architectural engineering, from design and geotechnical investigation to project management and delivery.
See Our Craft →Mining
Responsible exploration, extraction, processing and marketing of Nigeria's vast solid mineral resources, including gold and rare earths.
Enter the Exchange →Energy
Developing, supplying and maintaining renewable and non-renewable energy solutions for homes and industry, with PPP models under exploration.
Power the Future →+ TradeFostering trade across all four sectors, connecting partners, products and markets at home and abroad.
Flagship · The BugattiSector 01
Real Estate
A recent study puts Nigeria's existing housing stock at just 23 units per 1,000 inhabitants, with the national deficit estimated at a staggering 30 million housing units as of December 2025, about 15% higher than January 2024.
The challenge
- Naira devaluation drives inflation and the high cost of building materials, making home ownership near-impossible.
- An inefficient mortgage industry locks most Nigerians out of affordable housing.
- Land litigation and “land grabbing”, where government-acquired land is sold without consent, leaves buyers defrauded and properties demolished.
Our response
- Acquire, develop, let and dispose of landed property as developers, contractors and managers.
- Transparent, properly titled transactions that protect buyers.
- Quality homes delivered to The Bugatti standard, designed for real Nigerian families.

Engineering & deliverySector 02
Construction
High material costs push too many contractors to cut corners, compromising standards and quality and ending in shoddy works that endanger occupants. The collapse of the 30-storey building in Ikoyi in 2022 is a stark example of what is happening across the industry.
The challenge
- Cost-cutting that compromises structural integrity.
- A rise in collapsed buildings across the country.
- Quacks claiming to be professionals in architecture and engineering.
Our response
- Full civil & architectural engineering services: architectural and structural designs.
- Geotechnical investigations and engineering surveying.
- Professional project management from foundation to finish.
Solid mineralsSector 03
Mining
Mining contributes only 0.3% of Nigeria's GDP, and the country imports minerals, like salt and iron ore, that it could produce domestically. Once a major producer of tin, columbite and coal, the sector was neglected after the discovery of oil in 1956.
The challenge
- Inadequate infrastructure, limited funding and an inefficient regulatory framework.
- Illegal miners destroying the environment, the ecosystem and risking lives.
- Lack of skilled labour, data management and access to international markets.
Our response
- Responsible exploration, extraction, processing and marketing of solid minerals.
- Sustainable mining practices and full regulatory compliance.
- Partnerships with local communities, government agencies and suppliers.
Power for allSector 04
Energy
Roughly 47% of Nigerians, about 98 million people, lack access to grid electricity. Nigeria has over 13,000 MW of installed generation capacity, yet average daily generation remains under 5,000 MWh/h due to gas supply constraints and transmission bottlenecks.
The challenge
- A fast-growing population and economy driving demand for reliable power.
- Dependence on fossil fuels and an underperforming grid.
- The urgent need for a transition to renewable energy.
Our response
- Energy services across renewable and non-renewable sources.
- Development, supply, distribution and maintenance of power solutions.
- Sustainable practices that power homes, businesses and communities.

Why Invest
The challenge is the opportunity
For Nigeria to become a $1 trillion economy by 2030, from a current GDP of under $200 billion, it must create 6× the value it produces today. Real Estate, Construction, Mining and Energy top the chart in wealth creation and wealth preservation: more jobs, more purchasing power, a higher standard of living.
International partnerships
Securing partnerships with international companies, investors, venture capitals, angel investors, NGOs and government.
Innovative financing
Accessing funding through innovative financing models and private equity, attracting investors seeking long-term returns.
Skilled workforce
Developing a skilled professional workforce that replaces quackery with certified architecture and engineering.
Sustainability & compliance
Implementing sustainable mining practices and enhancing regulatory compliance, protecting communities and the ecosystem.
“I am what I am because of what you are.”
We are calling on all Africans, at home and in the diaspora, to key into the restoration of Africa by investing in its development. In these challenges lay great opportunities for Africa's growth & prosperity.
